🙏🏽 Do you feel scared? Vaheguru will take away your fears.
🙏🏽 Do you feel you’re a sinner? Vaheguru will be your saving Grace.
🙏🏽 Do you feel you have no one to protect you? Vaheguru is and will always be with you…

In this video, this salok (stanza) of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji is beautifully exemplified by the story of Draupadi, as found in the writings of Bhai Gurdas Ji.

Saloks 6 of Salok Mehalla 9:

ਪਤਿਤ ਉਧਾਰਨ ਭੈ ਹਰਨ ਹਰਿ ਅਨਾਥ ਕੇ ਨਾਥ ॥
patit udhaaran bhai haran har anaath ke naath |
Vaheguru is the Saving Grace of sinners, the Destroyer of fear, the Master of the masterless.

ਕਹੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਤਿਹ ਜਾਨੀਐ ਸਦਾ ਬਸਤੁ ਤੁਮ ਸਾਥਿ ॥੬॥
kahu naanak teh jaaneeai sadaa bast tum saath |6|
Says Nanak, realise and know Him, who is always with you.

This video is part of the Salok Mehalla 9 Series:
Salok Mehalla 9 is a collection of stanzas written by Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji (Ninth Sikh Guru) and is well known to be hard hitting, a wake up call and sheds some reality on life. Many Gursikhs (Sikhs of the Guru) recite this Bani (prayer) as part of their Nitnem (Daily Sikh Prayers). Each episode in the series is 25-30 minutes, and Baljit Singh explains each Salok (stanza) in detail, using real life examples to give the Salok context.
